For over 25 years, Norstar has built a reputation for success rooted in ethical business practices and employee well-being. We garnered a reputation for excellence in crew management, ensuring a highly skilled workforce within the maritime industry. In 2022, we embarked on a new chapter, leveraging our established training and recruitment infrastructure to tackle two critical challenges: the global shortage of skilled workers, and the need to provide employment opportunities for Myanmar’s workforce. Our current emphasis lies in hospitality and healthcare, where skilled individuals are essential for exceptional service. We act as a bridge between skilled professionals from Myanmar and businesses seeking excellence. We maintain the highest integrity and ethical standards throughout the entire recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience for both employers and candidates.
